These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Galaxy AI website, software tools, automation systems, and data-processing services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, submitting search parameters, making a payment, or clicking “I agree,” you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understand these Terms;
Agree to be legally bound by them; and
Are authorized to use the Services.
You also confirm that you reviewed any notices shown during checkout, including disclaimers regarding duplicate results, data handling, and refund policy.
2. Use of Services
Galaxy AI provides automated tools that process search instructions submitted by you. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
2.1 User-Initiated Searches
All searches and scraping requests are initiated solely by you. Galaxy AI acts only as a processing agent that executes your instructions.
2.2 Data Handling & Limited Retention
Galaxy AI does not store, reuse, analyze, or build internal databases from your search results.
We retain only a copy of the delivery email sent to you — including the exported file — for legitimate operational reasons such as:
confirming successful delivery,
troubleshooting customer support issues,
maintaining accurate billing and invoicing records, and
fraud prevention.
These archived emails are not added to any datasets, not analyzed, and not used for any secondary commercial purpose.
2.3 No Proprietary Dataset
Galaxy AI does not create or maintain a repository of scraped business information. We do not sell, aggregate, or enrich scraped results from your searches.
2.4 Duplicate Results
Because we do not maintain historical output, Galaxy AI cannot detect or remove duplicate entries across different searches you perform. Similar search terms, locations, or categories may return overlapping results.
To help offset this limitation, Galaxy AI includes approximately 10% additional results at no additional cost with every search.
By using the Services, you agree that:
duplicate results may occur across separate searches; and
the 10% additional output constitutes a fair and sufficient accommodation.
2.5 No Refunds
All completed searches are final and non-refundable, including cases involving:
duplicate results,
incorrect user-submitted search input,
misunderstandings about output format, or
external limitations of third-party data sources
Each search incurs real scraping and computing costs that cannot be reversed once initiated.
2.6 Compliance With Third-Party Terms
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with any applicable third-party terms, including Google Maps or other platforms from which data may be retrieved based on your search instructions.
Galaxy AI does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or permitted use of data obtained from external websites.
2.7 Email Communications & Marketing Consent
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Email is required for the delivery of your purchased search results, receipts, and essential account or service notifications.
By submitting your email address, you also consent to be added to Galaxy AI’s newsletter and promotional email list, which may include updates, new features, discounts, educational content, and product announcements.
You may unsubscribe at any time from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in each message.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not affect your ability to receive transactional or service-related emails necessary for completing your orders.Galaxy AI will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
By continuing to use the Services, you affirm that you have read and understood this Email Communications & Marketing Consent.
3. User Content
“User Content” includes all prompts, search instructions, text, or information you submit.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
you have the right to provide such content;
it does not violate any third-party rights; and
you grant Galaxy AI a temporary license to process it solely to fulfill your request.
User Content is not stored beyond the processing window and the limited email archive described in Section 2.2.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services — including automation logic, templates, software, documentation, designs, branding, and workflows — are owned by Galaxy AI or its licensors.
Except where expressly permitted:
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Services.
You may not imply partnership, endorsement, or ownership of Galaxy AI technology.
All output files delivered to you are yours to use, subject to applicable third-party rights.
5. Changes to Terms
Galaxy AI may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Galaxy AI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, or completeness of external third-party data.
Galaxy AI is not liable for:
duplicate or missing results;
delays or interruptions;
inaccuracies in third-party information;
business outcomes, decisions, or actions taken using output data;
technological limitations or rate limits imposed by external websites;
misdelivery claims when the transactional email archive confirms successful delivery.
In no event shall Galaxy AI’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific search giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, these limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.
